This isn't a typical rental you will see in this area. It is for someone looking for a nicer quality rental. The newer homes don't come close to comparing. This home is highly upgraded. It has a high level of wood floors throughout except for the tile in the laundry and baths. It has about $70,000 in builder and owner upgrades. The upgrades are even more if you include what was taken out by the builder. The original homes had higher specifications and many of these features were removed on the newer homes. The interior was recently repainted and the home is super clean. Looks like an almost new home. No plastic floors here! There are quartz counters and upgraded cabinets throughout, Carrara marble backsplash in the kitchen and the wet bar area, which includes a 45 bottle wine refrigerator. High end washer and dryer, water softener system, ceiling fans in all bedrooms and family room. The covered patio is oversized and has the half moon extension. Note: The fence has been re stained since the photos and looks great. (Note) Lawn mowing is included in the rent and lawn care. Tenant is responsible for watering of course.
