Please see below for more information on the screening process. PROPERTY DESCRIPTION: Mayfair Manor features an on-site coin operated laundry room and one assigned off-street parking space per unit. Trimet #20 busline and #74 busline are within easy walking distance and the MAX Blue line and #25 busline within walking distance. This ground floor unit features large living room with ceiling fan and sliding glass door to the back patio, 2 bedrooms and 1 bath. The unit has electric heat. Appliances included are range and refrigerator. Water, sewer and basic garbage are included in the rent. Tenant is responsible for all other utilities. *Please note, this property is outside City of Portland limits. TERMS: •Minimum gross household income must be at least 3 times the monthly rent •One year rental agreement. •NON-SMOKING PROPERTY.
