About This Property

This rehabbed one bedroom has a large bedroom, living room ,and kitchen with room for a table. The entire unit has hardwood floors, central air, central heat and dishwasher. The apartment has great size and is very comfortable. The building offers all residents access to its bike room and laundry facilities. The property is in the quiet area of Ravenswood, which has great shops and unique restaurants. the building is two blocks form the brown line. Please note: the stated Application Fee is $195.00 per person, for each person 18 years and older applying to reside in the apartment. The Application Fee is comprised of $45.00 Credit Check Fee [non-refundable] and a $150.00 down payment that removes the apartment from the market for your party. If you are approved, this down payment will be applied towards your One-Time Non-Refundable Administration Fee. If you are not approved for the apartment, you will receive a refund of $150.00 per person, to each person that applied. If you change your mind after applying for the apartment and do not wish to continue with the application process for the apartment, the $150.00 down payment will be forfeited and will not be refunded to you. Finally, an apartment will only be removed from the market once an application a $195.00 payment is received from each person, 18 years and older, who will be residing in the apartment. Or for all persons, when not living applying with parent/guardian. The apartment has an occupancy limit of no more than two adults (18 years of age or older). Minors living with their parents/guardians are exempt from this limit. However, a total person capacity will be enforced based on Chicago City Code. Minors living without their parents/guardians will be considered as occupants, and will be counted towards this limit. Security deposit $ none The apartment lease will include a one-time non-refundable Administration Fee of $300.00 per person on the lease of 18 years of age or older. Occupants under the age of 18 and will be residing with their parents/guardians, are exempt from the Administration fee. All cosigners will require a one-time non-refundable Administration Fee of $100 per cosigner. A regular non-refundable Pet Fee of $150.00 per pet (if applicable) will be charged with each new lease and new lease extension. No dogs under any circumstances.
