**ABSENTEE ROOMMATE SITUATION. This unit is a 2 bed 2 bath, and we keep one of the bedrooms locked with our things inside. **PLEASE NOTE while technically we live there, we are not there 99% of the time. We travel, work remotely and will only be around if there is an emergency or maintenance to be done. We will on rare occasion need to access our bedroom to get things out or put things in to store, but rest assured, you will have the place to yourself, and we will give heads up when we need to come by. Large 1 bed, 2 bath w UTILS INCLUDED!! A/C and in unit washer / dryer. A few miles from LAX, beach, DTLA, SoFi, Forum, Expo Park, and more. Car port behind building. Huge living room w/ 65" smart TV, reading nook, board games. Large, fully stocked kitchen and dining room w/ mixology bar. **We will consider hosting a dog but would like to discuss before booking. Bedroom can be furnished or unfurnished if you wish. Bed is a very comfortable Tempurpedic memory foam queen mattresses. Hypo-allergenic down comforter and micro-fiber sheets, and a variety of pillow styles. You will sleep like a baby. The kitchen and living room are super spacious, and have everything you need to make yourself at home. Mix a cocktail for yourself and watch some Netflix, read a book, or play a board game. The apartment is equipped with smart locks. There are external ring cameras and flood lights for extra security. The house is walkable to a few stores, as well as public transit. Uber and Lyft are easily accessible. There is designated parking in the back of the building, as well as plentiful street parking.
