There is also a small, private courtyard. Lovely location in a quiet neighborhood. The house is walkable to the beach, Abbot Kinney's shops & restaurants, Superba, Zinque, and Whole Foods. Unfurnished. Pets welcome w/ $200 pet deposit. Month-to-month or year lease.
