The location puts you within walking distance from City Park (1/2 mile), Cheesman Park (1/2 mile), the Carla Madison Central Denver Rec Center (1/2 mile), Downtown Denver (1 mile), Presbyterian St. Luke’s/Saint Joseph/Children’s hospitals (2-4 blocks), and wide range of restaurants and retail such as Olive & Finch, Paxti’s, Okinawa Sushi, Tacos Tequila Whisky and the Tattered Cover Bookstore (ranging from 1-9 blocks).
