Large sleeping loft with window, a full-size bed, and a nightstand. Under-stair closet and storage and 22" hanging rack. Large outdoor covered patio with fully fenced yard. Access to laundry in the main house. Off-street parking for two cars. A small dog or cat is welcome, as the owner of the main house has two dogs.
