Apply for a 90-day parking pass to park in the 2-hour zone directly in front of the building without restrictions. Pet rent is $90 per dog per month, with a strict no cats policy. Please add your dog to the reservation to ensure pet rent is collected. Situated just 1 block from City Park and 5 minutes from Cheesman Park and Botanic Gardens, this apartment offers an ideal location. It's 8 blocks to Sprouts Farmers Market, 8 minutes to Cherry Creek Shopping District, and 10 minutes to downtown Denver, RiNo, and LoHi. Enjoy easy access to Red Rocks in 30 minutes and ski resorts in 1 hour and 30 minutes. Nearby hospitals include St Joseph, Presbyterian St Luke’s, and Rose, all within 5 minutes, and UC Health University of CO and Children’s Hospital CO within 15 minutes.
