Water, Sewer, Trash, Snow Removal and Landscaping are all included in the rent. The complex is very near hiking biking trail, schools, churches and is located on the east side of Colorado Springs Near Constitution Avenue and Palmer Park Blvd. Tenant pays for electric and gas. (YOU pay only for what YOU use) Besides one carport, tenant may pay for uncovered parking spots for a one-time fee of $25. per vehicle up to three. Tenants may rent clubhouse for larger get togethers. Swimming Pool is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Smoking and Dogs are not permitted unless paperwork for emotional support from doctor is provided. Pet deposit of $500 is non-refundable at owner's discretion for damages. No Pit Bulls or like known dangerous breeds allowed. Older Cat may be accepted if house trained.
