This is the only unit that also includes a robot mop and vacuum, Samsung Smart Refrigerator (New!) and Samsung Smart Top Load Washer and Dryer with app capabilities. All other rooms come in different sizes and are all hardwood floors. No carpet and easy clean up spills. Pets are welcomed for an additional $50. No pet deposits needed. The house is always clean and smells great. If you have furniture you would like to put in the units, you may do so as long as it is clean. Includes Garage Space! Requirements: 1.
