About This Property
Hi! I am looking for a roommate for this fairly new townhouse. It's a two-story, 3 bedrooms/2.5 bathrooms with an attached garage, and washer and dryer in unit. You would have your own bathroom and private room/storage. The location is fantastic. The house is located in Cornerstone Grove community. It's quiet, well lit, very safe and family oriented. The house is within a 5 minute drive to Target, Walmart, Publix, Starbucks, LA Fitness and much more! Rent is $825 plus utilities and internet, typically adding up to around $900/month for everything. I do have two collies and a kitten. The house is very clean and they are well trained. Must be a non-smoker. I work a lot, and keep to myself. I am open to finding two roommates at a cheaper cost if you are willing to share a bathroom with someone and okay with living with two other people. Ideally, I'm just looking for one roommate, but I am flexible. If there were two roommates, rent would be set at a lower cost of $650/month. Please feel free to contact me with any questions. Again, I am open to either options.
