It has a kitchenette (not a full kitchen) and an accessible bathroom with a walk-in shower. It comes with the following appliances: a full-sized fridge, microwave, induction cooktop, toaster oven, dishwasher and A/C unit. A shared washer/dryer is also available on site. It’s within walking distance to the Dekum Triangle, Ps & Qs, Tough Luck, the new University of Oregon campus and the #8 and #75 bus lines. Additional monthly utilities include garbage, electrical, water, internet. The rental contract is for 12 months. Sorry, no pets allowed.
