This home is pet-friendly with approval. Small gatherings are welcome with prior approval, subject to an additional fee and insurance requirements. Early check-ins may be available for an additional fee. Located in Birmingham’s historic Southside, this walkable, tree-lined neighborhood is known for its charm, community feel, and central location. Glen Iris Park is just two blocks away, and George Ward Park is about a 10-minute walk. It's 5 minutes to UAB, Alys Stephens Center, and George Ward Park, 7 minutes to BJCC, Regions Field, Civil Rights District, and the art museum, and 10 minutes to the airport, Zoo, and Vulcan Park. There is easy highway access to I-65 and I-20. Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 9 AM. Smoking of any kind is not permitted inside the unit, in common areas, or within 25 feet of entrances or windows. If smoking occurs, a $200 base remediation fee will be charged. If additional cleaning, deodorization, linen replacement, HVAC treatment, or other remediation is required, the guest is responsible for the full cost. Guests are also responsible for any related expenses caused by smoking, including refunds or relocation of incoming or neighboring guests and any resulting lost revenue. Unapproved late departures will incur a $50 per hour charge, beginning at the scheduled checkout time. If a pet causes damage or leaves behind an excessive mess, an additional cleaning fee will be assessed to cover the extra time and supplies required to restore the space. If you create a disturbance that affects neighbors or other guests, you may be asked to leave the property immediately and forfeit the remainder of your stay without a refund. Aggressive or disruptive pets may be asked to leave, and you may forfeit the remainder of your stay without refund. If you bring a pet without notifying us or in violation of this policy, you may be subject to a $250 penalty per pet, in addition to the applicable pet fees. [SI]
