The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and very family-friendly. This is an older house located in a wooded area of Cleveland Heights. It's common to see deer, chipmunks, squirrels, and small mice around the neighborhood. In the rare event that you happen to see a mouse inside the house, please alert the trusted partner right away and they will take care of the problem. Laundry facilities are located in the basement, and guests must be comfortable using stairs. Street parking is free during the day until 10:00 p.m. Please move your car into the driveway to avoid getting a ticket. No more than 4 cars are allowed at this house. Unless there is more than 3 to 4 inches of snow accumulated in one day, snow removal is not provided. Snow shovels are provided for tenants to use in case of snow during your stay.
