Inside the unit, a private deck overlooking the tennis courts leads to the living room area with large screen tv, elevated ceilings, comfortable designer seating and ample lighting and ceiling fan. Off the living area is the dining room with a large dining table and chandelier. The kitchen is fully stocked, Off the hallway, the washer and dryer are in the unit and yours exclusively to use during your stay. A full guest bath with tub/shower leads to the queen guest room with its own private balcony. The master bedroom features a plush king bed, tv, ample closet space and ensuite bathroom with oversized shower. It, too, has its own balcony. The screened porch is perfect for a lazy nap or morning coffee along with an outside front deck with seating for 4. Four Beach chairs are included with this rental. We also provide 2 bikes. LINENS, TOWELS, & STARTER-KIT OF SUPPLIES: Included in this rental, for the convenience of our guests, are comfortable linens and a selection of bath and hand towels, as well as washcloths. A starter set of hand soaps, bath soaps, shampoo, toilet tissue, paper towels, laundry detergent, dish detergent, dish soap, a kitchen sponge, and kitchen towels are included. Beach towels are not included (although towel service is available at the Beach Club.) WASHER & DRYER: A washer and dryer are located in the unit for your convenience. Should you require wash n fold service, please let us know. AMENITY CARDS: Amenity cards offer exclusive access to the Seabrook Island beach club, dining club, tennis and award winning golf. Without this card, access is prohibited. The cards are $50 per day per family. Guests also have complimentary access to the uncrowded and private beaches, equestrian center, and the outdoor Lakehouse pool. The fitness center is accessible for a daily fee of $16 per guest. Whether you are fishing, crabbing, biking, kayaking, or shopping, there is something for everyone. ISLAND ACCESS & PARKING: As the island is a gated, private island, each vehicle entering the island will require a gate pass for island access. CHECK IN: We offer as much assistance with check-in process as needed. Our office is available to answer questions. Our team can provide self- check-in instructions for your convenience, or we can arrange for someone to meet you at the door if you prefer. If you need anything at all, we can be reached via text or phone. CONTINUOUS MANAGEMENT & SERVICE: This property is proudly managed by Sandpiper. With vast, uncrowded beaches, an array of recreational offerings, and the historic city of Charleston just 21 miles away, an adventure awaits you daily. IN THE EVENT OF A STORM: If a Mandatory Evacuation Order for Seabrook Island is given during the dates of your stay, The Owner/Host or the Property Management Company shall refund 100% of all deposits, payments and / or monies paid by the traveler. Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no further liability with respect to the Reservation. Please note that if there is inclement weather in the other 49 states, prohibiting the traveler (or guests in traveler\'s group) from getting to Charleston, a refund will not be issued and, Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no liability with respect to the Reservation. During months where there is a potential for inclement weather, such as hurricane season, we strongly suggest travelers obtain insurance. POLICY ON SMOKING: Violators will be fined for in-home smoke damages. Smoking is ONLY permitted outside of the property, but please try to keep at least 15 feet from the doors to keep smoke from trailing inside.
