BUGS!
Beware of roaches. The apartments here can't seem to get rid of them. Occasionally we will get notice that they are sending their bug man in to spray, but the bugs are either immune or the neighbors aren't agreeing to spray their homes because the bugs will resurface in a week or two. There is never any parking, and the apartments are falling apart. God forbid if your oven or refrigerator breaks on you, theandlord will only replace it with an appliance just as old... if they replace it at all. Because we have been living here so long the rent isn't as high, I hear they are charging new rent much higher though and it is not worth it.

So bad
It is a small one bedroom Apartnent, which is basically ignored by the land lord unless the city gets complaints and she is forced to fix something. The neighbors have multiple people living with them so parking is atrocious. The water pressure for the shower and bath is almost nonexistent. Roach and bedbug issues at various points in our stay. I guess the rent at $1050 is cheap for our area but it is slowly being raised every year it seems.

Apartment
I think the landlord could do a bit more, but it's a fair price were we live for a one bedroom. I think she doesn't make a big deal on a late rent payment, but I think she should put more effort into fixing things without raising the rent. I've lived here for a good 10 or more years and she doesn't really wash the carpets, paint and if she does it takes her like a long time to do it.
