Background Checks: -All applicants and residents aged 18 and older must undergo a background check. -The applicant's background must exhibit a pattern of responsibility. -There is a $50 application fee per person. -Applicants must not have any evictions, unpaid judgments from previous landlords, or other civil suits. -Applicants must receive positive references from all landlords and references for the last five years.
