The park is a beautiful green space maintained by the community with lovely perennial gardens and an amphitheater, and several times a year hosts wonderful community festivals and events. Troy Hill is minutes away from Downtown Pittsburgh, the Strip District, Lawrenceville, and Central Northside, and sits right on the #4 bus route for those who use transit. There is a free washer and dryer in a laundry room that is shared with the three other apartments in the building. The laundry room is accessed via the private courtyard space. Water is billed through ratio based utility billing. We accept Section 8 vouchers. There is ample, free on-street parking on both Lowrie Street and on Claim Street.
