About This Property

Completely remodeled about 10 years ago (new electric, plumbing, roof, etc…), and interior and exterior were recently repainted (about 3 months ago). Within walking distance from the casinos, so a great location for casino employees, with forest views for those who want to live in the mountains. Post office, coffee shop, and small grocery store are about a block away. House has a large main bedroom with a big two door closet (enough space for two), an upstairs loft second bedroom, nice kitchen with appliances, large living and dining rooms, a separate room we’re not sure what to call (separate locking door with window, size of a nursery), washer and dryer hookups and linen closet, and storage under the stairs for Harry Potter fans. Front porch has great views, and even has a small grass yard. No smoking, no pets, no growing marijuana, and everyone who resides on premises must have a background check and be on the lease.
