A shared laundry area is available in the building’s basement, and on-street permit parking is offered on a daily, first-come basis. Rent includes: water/sewer, trash collection, and lawn care. Occupancy is limited to no more than 2 unrelated individuals. Undergraduate and graduate students are welcome to lease here. A lease term through June 11, 2027 is available.
