Move in 08/14: 2 bedrooms, 1 bath with a 1 car garage duplex. Nice and clean with all kitchen appliances plus washer and dryer. Dining area has sliding doors to a nice patio area and large yard. Yard care is included. Utilities are not included. Tenants are required to apply and get approved and sign a 1 year lease. The first month's rent and security deposit are due before moving in. Tenants are required to apply, $50 fee per adult, and each adult living there needs to apply, be approved (600+ credit score), and sign a 1 year lease. This duplex is pet friendly, but we do charge an extra $350 pet deposit per pet and an additional $25/month per pet. 2 pet limit. NON-SMOKING DUPLEX.**Renter's insurance is required**
