Our MB Palace Resort #2013 "Ocean Potion" angled oceanfront 2BR/2BA condo! Great location and spectacular ocean views. Please see our payment information below. Our Palace 2013 condo is Located approx. 1-mile south of the MB Boardwalk south end. Rate Includes all: taxes, utilities (electric, water, sewer and WiFi) cleaning before and after your stay, clean linens and towels. Rental: 8/16/25 - 11/16/25 3 months stay max. only for $2000/month (includes utilities (electric, water, sewer and WiFi) + $2000 refundable security deposit. Each guest must complete our owner monthly application, show owner your valid drivers license and show proof of employment (2 most recent paystubs). Owner runs your credit card for first month rent, security deposit before move in. Guest also must sign our vacation rental agreement form. Condo also for sale by owner for $190,000. To Buy condo: $3000 earnest money to owner, and sign our South Carolina residential purchase agreement, must see house at next showing. Please contact owner for showing on a Sat in 1/25. We own and rent our MB Palace Resort #2013 angled oceanfront two bedroom / two bath condo, sleeps 6 max. since 2000. You are welcome to verify me as owner with Horry County Tax Assessors office, business license #284, MB Business License #11536. Note: we can not rent to you without your mailing address, as we mail you our vacation rental form for you to sign and mail back to Owner, then we mail you the final letter with 2 keys, 2 parking passes, pool wristbands, map, rules, everything. No check in, as all is mailed to you.
