Walk in to the living room that has a lot of space and natural light and see into the large kitchen that has all brand new appliances. The kitchen has 2 pantries and a room that can be used as a butlers pantry off the kitchen with access to the fenced in back yard. Down the hall are 3 bedrooms and access to the basement, where there is also access to the back yard as well as washer and dryer hookups. There is street parking in this quaint little neighborhood. Rent is $1,350/month plus $45/month Resident Benefit Package. Pets allowed with a $200 non-refundable pet deposit, $50/month pet rent per pet.
