About This Property
Hey there! We are ending our lease early to move out of town so hoping to transfer the lease for the entire 2-bedroom place in South Golden. FYI on the pictures - they were taken from before we rented the place, so look a bit dated. I can provide more upon request, though there will be boxes/furniture in the photos. The place will come completely unfurnished. The 970sq. ft unit is the top floor of a duplex and has access to a yard out back. There are two bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a spacious living room and kitchen. One bedroom is carpeted and slightly larger than the other that has a hardwood floor. You are a minute's walk from the trailhead for South Table Mountain, 5 minute walk from King Soopers, Starbucks, Walgreens, and more. A 5 minute drive from downtown Golden and School of Mines or even less from some of South Golden's old and new bars, restaurants, and breweries. The neighborhood is quiet and residential. The unit comes with an on-site washer/dryer (shared with below tenants), off-street parking, and a fenced yard. Pets are okay with a pet deposit and additional pet rent. We have loved living here and are happy to answer any questions you might have. Ideally will transfer the lease by January 1st. Would like you to sign on for 6 months to 1 year with option to renew afterwards.
