Bringing an accounting and financial background to his real estate practice, Gene has successfully negotiated contracts for buyers and sellers for over 30 years and is a certified mediator. Additionally, Gene is a member of NARPM (National Association of Residential Property Managers). He makes a positive difference for his peers too. He has served on the St. Johns County Board of Realtors and the St. Johns County Multiple Listing Service for the past 10 years as a Director and Treasurer. Gene is well liked and respected amongst his fellow REALTORS and throughout the affiliate community. Additionally, Gene has been the chairman of the Finance Committee as well as Vice-chair of the Professional Standards Committee. He was elected as President of the St. Johns/St. Augustine County Multiple Listing Service President in 2024, as well as selected by his peers as “Realtor of the Year” 2023. He also serves on the Flagler County Board of Realtors. As a St. Augustine resident since 1988, he knows the St. Augustine community and the St. Augustine real estate activity well.
