About This Home

12 Month Lease, $2,325 deposit, Available Aug 15

Sunny and bright end-unit townhome! Vaulted ceilings make it feel extra spacious and inviting. Oven range, front-load washer and dryer, and carpeting were all installed in the last 5 years. The living room has a gas fireplace and wired for Nextlight's high-speed fiber internet. Three levels with 1218 sq. ft finished space above ground and an unfinished basement, which adds another 655 sq. ft that can be used for extra storage, a fitness area, or rec room (total space 1873 sq ft). Property manager pays the HOA that covers landscaping and sidewalk shoveling immediately after snow storms. The unit also includes a fire suppression system and state of the art fire alarm system that undergoes yearly testing. A detached one-car garage is included with rent - great for protecting against hail damage to your car! Seasonal pool and hot tub open between Memorial Day and Labor Day. Fitness center is open year round and has all the amenities for a complete workout! The townhouse complex is a short distance to several great locations: 1.5 mi from a brand new Costco, 3 mi from Main Street in downtown Longmont, 3.5 mi from Left-Hand Brewing Company, and 2 mi from Union Reservoir, which has an off-leash dog beach and perfect for paddleboarding. Plenty of trails and parks are close by with easy bike access to the St. Vrain Greenway. If pets will be living in the unit, there is a pet rent of $25 per month and a non-refundable pet deposit of $300 is required (this offsets any extra cleaning fees at end of lease term). Maximum 2 pets per unit (per HOA policy). No smoking on premises. No growing of marijuana. One parking pass is included for parking lot per household. Property manager pays HOA dues that include water, sewer, and trash. Renter pays for gas, electricity, and internet. Proof of renters insurance must be provided within 1 month of signing lease. Credit score of 650+ and household income of 2x rent preferable for consideration,
