Colfax (15th) and 17th are lined with hip, fun spots to check out. A major benefit to this area is that you don't even need to catch a Lyft, many places are within walking distance. There is only street parking available. There is a bike lane in front of the condo (16th Street) that goes west to downtown and east to City Park. Cheesman Park is a few blocks away. $1,450 a month. $1,450 security deposit. Tenant pay for electric and internet, but water and sewer are included. If you leave the place in the same way you got it, you will get the deposit back. There is a $200 pet deposit ($100 is non-refundable) and a $29 background and credit check.
