Non-registered occupants will be asked to vacate the property, and transient visitors must comply with the maximum occupancy limit and leave the premises by 10 PM. Any lost or missing keys, fobs, parking cards, or electronic devices will incur a fee of $150 each to replace. The guest is solely responsible for any damage or loss of property during their stay, and the host reserves the right to deduct the cost of damages from the security deposit. Zero-tolerance policy for disrespectful, illegal, or inappropriate behavior, which will result in immediate termination of the stay without a refund.
