This house is available Nov. 1st for a year long lease. The home is located in a safe neighborhood in Candler. It’s located 10 miles to the Blue Ridge Parkway and 12 miles to downtown Asheville. The property has a large, flat front and back yard with established garden beds if you want to try your hand at gardening or just enjoy the outdoors. The backyard is recently fenced in (not shown in photos). Lawn care is included by the owner.
