Situated next to Fernie's finest brewery and a five-minute drive to downtown, this loft apartment is located immediately above a local appliance shop and high-end building contractor. The immediate area is commercial, with the brewery approximately 20 meters away. Expect some background traffic noise when outside due to the proximity to highway 3. The large garden is not fenced in. Quiet time is from 11 pm - 7 am. No smoking or vaping on the deck, balconies, or inside the property. No parties.
