St. Augustine is the nation's most historic and charming city, offering old-world charm, flavorful dining, art, culture, and entertainment. Attractions include the Castillo de San Marcos National Monument and Ripley's Believe It or Not Museum. Quiet hours are observed between 9 PM and 8 AM. No parties, bachelor/bachelorette parties, wedding parties, receptions, or any other large group gatherings are allowed. Guests visiting outside of the reservation must be approved by hosts prior to their arrival. Decor cannot be hung using tape, nails, or adhesive on the walls, and confetti is not allowed. Do not move furniture, appliances, or decor from their original positions. No pets are allowed on the property at any time. Late check-outs will be charged an additional fee of $100 per hour. No vaping or smoking is allowed on the property, including balconies and the garage; evidence of smoking or vaping will result in an additional cleaning fee up to $500. Illegal drugs, including marijuana, are strictly prohibited. Underage drinking is not allowed. Do not flush foreign objects down the toilet, only toilet paper.
