This room has it's own private bathroom with a walk-in shower and door access to the backyard. • Furnished Bedroom #2: Queen size bed, large closet, dresser drawers, desk, book case, a chair and a nightstand. Enjoy the French doors which open up to a large teak deck in the enclosed front yard garden. Ceiling fan and black-out curtains are an added plus. • Furnished Bedroom #3: Twin size bed and a good sized closet. Enjoy the French doors which open up to a large teak deck in the enclosed front yard letting in fresh air and light. Ceiling fan to keep cool. • Large Spa Bathroom (furnished). This is the house bathroom which has a Jacuzzi bath and shower. • Furnished Living Spaces: Enjoy the large living/dining room area and furnished kitchen with a breakfast nook. • Backyard features the large pool with chase lounges and seating under the shade of a canopy. • Parking: Two car driveway and street parking available. • Vehicles: NO EV charging on the premises allowed. PETS: Accepted upon approval (will require additional pet deposit). Rental Rates: • Daily Rate Bedroom #1: $180 + $50 Cleaning fee • Daily Rate Bedrooms #2 & #3: $160 + $50 Cleaning fee • Weekly Bedroom #1: $1150 + $50 Cleaning fee • Weekly Bedrooms #2 & #3: $1050 + $50 Cleaning fee • Monthly: $3700 • For daily and weekly renters, utilities are included in the rental price. • For mid and long term rentals, tenant pays utilities. • Owners will maintain the pool and garden at no extra charge to renter(s). Mid and Long Term Rentals: $3,700 Security Deposit due upon move in. Total monthly move in amount is $7,400 which includes the refundable security deposit and first month’s rent. The security deposit will be held in accordance with the terms of this Agreement and applicable California law, and any refundable portion will be returned after the Guest Tenant(s) vacate the premises, less any lawful deductions for unpaid rent, damages beyond normal wear and tear, or other permitted charges. The house is conveniently located near the 405 and 101 freeways and not far from Ventura Blvd. Also just blocks away is the Sepulveda Basin Recreation and Wildlife Area which offers many outdoor activities like biking, walking, golf, tennis, soccer etc...
