A written notification from the guest and approval by the host is required to welcome one house-trained dog, and a pet fee is applied, subject to up to $150 security deposit. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. We can accommodate a maximum of 10 guests at any given time. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Up to 3 cars may park in the spaces near the house.
