(303) 355-1980 - City Park 1 Bedroom - AMAZING HOME!! We have a lovely, 1 bedroom/1bath apartment available on the second/top floor of our Bristol Arms Community. Brand new Pergo wood floors have installed throughout in the living room, dining room and bedroom. New paint throughout, separate living and dining area (the dining can be used as a second bedroom or an office), lots of window lighting all throughout the home, original finishes and right in the heart of the City Park area and minutes from downtown. This is not a pet friendly property and we do not accept section 8. All utilities are included except electricity. There is a communal onsite washer and dryer. Plenty of street parking available.
