A full-size laundry room is conveniently located near the front entry. Two beach chairs and a beach cooler are included to use at our area beaches while staying at the condo. One covered parking space is included with this rental. Enjoy on-site amenities, including a pool and gym. Located just 4 miles from Margaritaville and Fort Myers Beach, this home combines comfort and location in one of Fort Myers’ most desirable areas. You're just over 3 miles from Bunche Beach, a scenic stretch of shoreline on San Carlos Bay, perfect for shelling, kayaking, or simply enjoying the sunset. Majestic Palms also places you in a prime spot for day trips and island adventures, located halfway between the Cape Coral Bridge and the Sanibel Causeway, giving you easy access to shopping, dining, and some of Southwest Florida’s best beaches. Pets are not allowed. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. Please report any damage or malfunction to the host right away so that the damaged item can be repaired or replaced. Furnishings: Please do not rearrange the furniture. Access to the property cannot be given until HOA approval is received prior to your move-in along with the second payment, no exceptions. This booking and reservation are contingent on the signing of a lease and HOA paperwork and approval.
