(12 month lease $1150 rent & extra $250 for all utilities/extras is $1400 total monthly rent including all the extras. 6 month lease add $200/mth.) Move-in ready with optional linens and kitchenware so you can just bring groceries and clothes. The cabin is fully furnished; we cannot accommodate additional furniture or storage. AWD/4WD recommended for the mountain road. It feels like a remote adventure yet is still convenient to town and the AVL airport, about 25 minutes away. Adjoining Sprout Mountain and nearby other local developments... Past tenants have leased while building nearby, and it is possible to hike from the cabin. Online form pre-screening is required before scheduling a showing (it's just a short screening form to confirm basics like move in timing, vehicle, and fit for the furnished/no-pets setup).
