The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances and space to prepare meals together. The indoor dining area is designed for shared meals, board games, or quiet moments. A washer and dryer are available for added convenience, along with essentials and bed linens. Step outside to the private pool and patio with outdoor furniture and a backyard area. A barbecue grill offers the option for simple outdoor meals. Enjoy free access to The Retreat at ChampionsGate, where you can enjoy a resort-style pool with water slide and cabanas, a lazy river, a tiki bar, fitness center, movie theater, games room, playground, volleyball courts, and 6 clay tennis courts. Golf enthusiasts can take advantage of the public 18-hole golf course, driving range, putting green, and golf clubhouse with pro shop. Pool heat is available for $35 per day. A written notification is required a week prior to check-in to add this amenity. ChampionsGate offers a recreation-rich community with nearby access to Disney, Universal, SeaWorld, and shopping and dining at Posner Park. Major roads, including I-4 and Highway 27, make travel simple for heading to theme parks or exploring Central Florida. The community is gated and secured by a 24-hour security guard. Pets are welcome with a written notification and approval required, and a pet fee is applied, subject to up to $150. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Up to two cars may park side-to-side in the driveway in front of the garage. Please don't park on the grass, or alongside the streets parallel to another vehicle. Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited anywhere in the community and are not eligible for parking passes. Violations may result in towing or fines per HOA rules. Be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10pm and before 8am, and keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time.
