Other features include: heating, air-conditioning, septic system, waterproof vinyl plank flooring, in-home washer and dryer, large attached covered garage. To make your move-in smooth, the owner will retain electric, water, septic, and trash removal services in their name. These services are available at the time of move-in, and are NOT included in the monthly rent, but will be charged separately each month. All other utilities, such as gas for fireplace, need to be maintained in the resident's name. No smoking. No pets. All renters are required to have renters insurance of at least $100,000. There is a $24.99 fee for your application and screening report (which you will be able to share with up to ten other participating landlords for 30 days). If approved, a $35 administrative fee is required. These fees are non-refundable. All units are non-smoking and no pet units.
