Pool access is available where allowed by season and weather. A pet fee between $100 and $300 will be collected separately, based on stay length, for a maximum of two pets (40lbs combined), excluding Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs [or similar breed]. All pets must be on a leash when outside on the property. Located in Kierland Commons, this condo is close to world-class golf courses, hiking trails, and spas. You and your guests can enjoy the best of Scottsdale, then return for a meal cooked in the fully equipped kitchen and take a dip in the Jacuzzi. Ideally located close to different attractions, this unit is just a short drive away from everything and is even walkable to Kierland Commons. This is a smoke-free environment, and any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. Quiet hours are observed from 9pm-8am each day. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM (a $75/hr late fee applies). Weapons and drugs are not allowed; police will be called for violating this rule. Guests must agree not to disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy.
