Smoking will result in immediate cancellation of the reservation with no refund for the entire stay. The charge to remediate smoking is the actual costs of complete environmental remediation or $3,000, whichever is lower. Excessive noise violations after the first complaint will result in cancellation of the reservation with no refund.
