This is a 4-bedroom home with 2-bedrooms upstairs and 2-bedrooms on the main floor. The upstairs also has 1/2 bath and each bedroom has built in dressers. The main floor has a nice living room with wall sconces and a nice ceiling fan. The kitchen has all very nice nearly new appliances including stove, refrigerator and microwave oven. Kitchen cabinets have been upgraded recently and the floor in the kitchen is porcelain. The bathroom has newer cabinets with a nice shower and tub and porcelain flooring. 2-bedrooms on the main floor plus a central hallway with a large linen closet. We also furnish a washer and dryer which is located in the basement. The basement is clean and dry. We do not allow pets, waterbeds, or large aquariums no exceptions. No smoking is permitted in the home.
