Female looking to share (1 person only) my waterfront condo on Springfield Lake with another female. Furnished, has 2 floors, 3 baths and 2 bedrooms in a quiet, safe, gated community, one exit from Akron/Canton airport. We would share the kitchen. I would have the upstairs and you would have the master bedroom (16' x 18') located downstairs as you see in the pictures, with fireplace, walk in closet (5' x 8'), your own attached private bath that has an extra-large walk-in shower. Your bedroom also has sliding glass doors that you can walk out to the upper and lower deck by the water. The backyard patio and decks are so peaceful, especially when lit up at night and has both wood and gas fire pits. There is also a swimming pool with a kitchen area, and you will have use of the pedal boat as well. It's like being on vacation all summer long! Plenty of parking for you and your guests. There is a 1st floor laundry room too. I do not have a basement, so I will not have any storage space if you have additional boxes and furniture etc. I am a female professional that is clean, organized, active, quite but social, looking for a clean and safe person to "share" my living space. 1st month rent and deposit would be required with background check. No pets and no smoking.
