Cozy queen size bed. Air conditioner/heater mini-split. SmartTV. Kitchenette with two burner stovetop (no oven), microwave, rolling kitchen island. Pet friendly and fully fenced (6 foot tall fence with a lower 3 foot section, may not be suitable for big dogs). We live in the main house and have a dog, separated in our own yard. Our dog does not like cats and will chase them (may not be suitable for cats). Street parking only. Residents will enjoy having two outdoor storage sheds.Safe and walkable neighborhood, with families of young children (chickens and dogs too), who all enjoy the outdoors. Lease Terms: Minimum 3 months or 1 year lease. Process begins with a phone conversation to ensure a good fit. Every adult 18 years and older living in the studio must submit a separate application. There is a $29 application fee per applicant. Application fees are non-refundable once an application has been screened. No co-signers accepted. Applicant(s) combined incomes requirement is documented as 2.5 times the monthly rent (such as W-2, tax return, pay stubs, bank statements. Credit, criminal, background checks required (or hospital contract provided). Credit score of 650 or higher for one applicant, greater than 640 for all applicants. No felonies or bankruptcies for any applicant. Application processing is at least 3 business days. Applications are not first come first serve; the most qualified applicant will be chosen. One pet is negotiable with approved pet screening (non-refundable pet fee of $200). All tenants must provide proof of current renters insurance (minimum $100,00 liability) prior to their move-in and receipt of keys. Proof of a current renters Insurance policy shall have the following coverages: Liability at least $100,000, Medical $5,000, Back-up of water/sewer and drain $5,000, Mold or fungi coverage $5000 if possible. Owners must be be added as an additional interest on the policy.
