Renter is accountable for electricity, which includes heating/cooling (central air conditioning). Unit does have a programmable thermostat to optimize costs. We're looking for a mature, pleasant, and trustworthy tenant to treat this home as his/her own. This home has had a number of recent refreshes and is up to date with a clean and neutral décor. It is located on the top (fourth) floor and features an amazing view of the Fox River. Being on the fourth floor, it has a third level penthouse primary suite with bedroom (with water view, walk in closet, and ceiling fan) and full bathroom (with Jacuzzi tub). The second level features a lofted bedroom overlooking the main floor. The main floor features a great room with 17-foot ceilings (with ceiling fan) and 12-foot windows overlooking the water. It also includes an informal dining area, kitchen with beautiful Silestone counters (including dishwasher, refrigerator with ice maker, oven/range, microwave, and disposal), second full bathroom, and laundry room (with washer and dryer).
