Enjoy a private acre of land surrounding the home, including a gas barbecue grill, plenty of outdoor seating, and shade trees. Dogs are allowed, with a maximum of 3, and require a fee of $90 per dog to be paid prior to your stay. Dogs discovered at the property without prior notice or cats discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400. No parties or events are allowed unless your request was pre-arranged with the host, and the event fee has been paid. If an unapproved party or event is discovered, you will be fined $1000. Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour.
