All apartments have been fully remodeled. - Has both a linen closet and clothes closet, lots of storage. - The bathroom includes a full size tub and shower. - Full size fridge, stove and microwave plus lots of counter space (for a studio). This is an unusually large kitchen for a studio. You can actually cook a meal here! - The kitchen includes a eat-in counter next to the stove, no need to waste space with a separate table. - Appliances are black or stainless. - We include everything you need to cook, pots and pans, Tupperware, utensils, dinnerware, toaster, blender, etc. - We don't provide any electronics - no TV, PC, etc, just the wireless. Any TV in the photos will be excluded. - We do also include all the linens - towels, washcloths, sheets, blankets, throws, etc. - The flooring is wood and ceramic tile, great for keeping tidy easily. - An off-street parking space is available. - No pets in a furnished apartment. - NO SMOKING - Onsite laundry, 4 laundry rooms available. - In a building with 16 apartments, next to a second building with another 16 apartments. - This is a regular apartment, not a strange basement apartment in a house or in a hotel. - All the apartments in this building are furnished, we are here to help you with transitional and temporary housing! - We have GREAT tenants!
