The sprawling living room comfortably seats 6 people and includes a mounted Smart TV with ROKU hookup. The dining room connects to the kitchen and includes a dining table that seats 6. The master bedroom has a walk-in closet, a king-size bed, and a Smart TV. The other two bedrooms have double beds with a shared closet. The third floor is extra private and features two twin beds and a full bathroom. The basement is incredibly spacious with a separate laundry room with a washer and dryer. The brick house has a big driveway for parking cars, and the garage is available for use. Pets are welcome, and the number of pets is negotiable. This custom-built home is a landmark in the historic Forest Hills neighborhood, just a short 2-minute walk to Forest Hill Park and a 3-minute drive to Starbucks.
