Our recently renovated 700 sqft one bedroom apartment consists of a separate kitchen, dining area, full bathroom with shower and tub, a large walk-in closet, a spacious livingroom with ceiling fan. Quiet central hot water baseboard heaters warm the apartment in the winter and room air conditioners cool in the summer. Large operable windows with blinds provide ample natural light. All apartments in the building are enabled with free WiFi internet access. Enjoy free access to a spacious exercise room with a stationary bike, Hoist Multi Gym, and an elliptical trainer. Available within the apartment building is a shared laundry facility just for tenants. Also available is secured sports equipment storage for large items such as a bike. Surrounding the building are lush well maintained garden spaces for residents to enjoy. A barbecue and patio space provide an urban oasis to enjoy the pleasure of a Colorado summer evening. Several primary RTD bus routes operating along both Downing Street and Colfax Avenue enable easy access to all parts of Denver. Entrance to the front of the building takes you through a flowering urban garden with the door controlled by an electronic security system for the safety of the residents. If you have a vehicle, off street parking is available alongside the building. This convenience alleviates the daily struggle of locating parking on the crowded streets of Denver. We are a family owned and operated business based out of Denver, Colorado. Hennessy Investment Group was founded in 1990, in the bustling, wind surfing community of Hood River, Oregon. We have since expanded to the Colorado community and have been living and operating here for the last 20 years.
