This Surprise home provides a convenient location to experience the best spots in town! This is an age-restricted community, and one guest must be at least 45 years old and any other guests need to be 19 years old or older. No smoking, events, parties, or large gatherings are allowed. Access to the community amenities is not available for stays less than 30 days. If your stay is over 30 nights or more and you wish to use the community amenities, you will need to print a hard copy of the rental agreement, sign it, and present it at the clubhouse upon arriving. The registration fee which includes access to the community amenities is required (paid on-site): 1-3 month stay ($200/person, 2 renter cards max), 4-6 month stay ($300/person, 2 renter cards max), 7-12 month stay ($500/person, 2 renter cards max), additional cards available w/ 1/2 payment of annual assessment per card.
