Full access to all dish ware and cooking tools, from bakeware to pots and pans. Outdoor common yard/garden/grill/chairs for the gated condo community. Refundable $300 pet deposit. $35 monthly pet fee per pet. Must provide proof of income and housing references and pass credit/background check ($45 per person). Available April 1.
